If TrialGuard Pro isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase from the address you used at checkout and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no forms, no retention scripts.
How to request a refund
- Email support@example.com with your order number or purchase email, or
- Use the "Manage subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy purchase email and choose the refund option.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is processed.
After the 14 days
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and simply won't renew — you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds after day 14 are at our discretion; if the extension broke for you, tell us and we'll make it right.
