Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. The service
TrialGuard is a browser extension that helps you track free trials and reminds you before they convert to paid subscriptions. The Free plan is provided at no cost; the Pro plan is a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TrialGuard on your own devices. A Pro license key may be activated on up to 3 devices. You may not resell, share, or redistribute license keys.
3. Payments and renewal
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase email; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with prior notice.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. See the refund policy.
5. No guarantee of detection
Trial detection is heuristic: websites vary endlessly, and TrialGuard may fail to detect a trial, or detect terms incorrectly. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for managing your own subscriptions, and we are not liable for charges incurred because a trial was not detected or a reminder was missed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the license mechanism, circumvent the free-plan limits, or use the extension for unlawful purposes.
7. Warranty disclaimer and liability
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
